glider

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Ashley, Lindsey and Pegah for the glider they bought us. I knew it would be a great addition to the nursery (in the meantime we had a rocking chair that I inherited from my parents), but I couldn't have guessed that it would make such a world of difference. We (Jackson and I) just did our very first feeding in the glider and I could have stayed there forever! I know it sounds silly but he even ate better and fell right asleep when I put him down. I think babies can definitely sense when mom is more relaxed... and in turn they are more relaxed. During the day I feed him randomly around the house (usually on the couch in the living room) but now there is no other place I'd rather sit and put my feet up during a feeding than in that glider. Anyone reading this who will be having little ones someday, get a glider. It's worth the money. Heck, it's worth twice the money!!!
So girls, my bestest friends in the entire world, thank you again and again for this amazing gift! It has brought just a little more peace and relaxation into my world and that alone is priceless.
